Dye sublimation converts ink into gas under heat and pressure, bonding it directly into the coating at a molecular level. The result is an image that resists scratching, peeling, and fading the way surface-applied prints can't. Why Sublimation
The ink becomes
part of the surface.
Standard printing lays ink on top of the surface. Over time it scratches, chips, and fades. Dye sublimation is fundamentally different - under heat and pressure, the ink converts to gas and bonds with the polymer coating at a molecular level. There is no ink layer to scratch or peel. The image is the surface.
On ChromaLuxe aluminum, this process produces depth and luminosity that no paper print can replicate. Under gallery lights or in natural light, the result stops people cold.

File Prep
Your image is reviewed, profiled, and prepared for the substrate. We flag any resolution or color issues before production begins.

Heat Transfer
Under precisely controlled heat and pressure, the sublimation ink converts to gas and bonds permanently with the ChromaLuxe coating.

Inspection
Every piece is inspected under calibrated light before packaging. Defects get caught here, not at your door.
