Color fused into the surface.
Not printed on top of it.
Dye sublimation converts ink into gas under heat and pressure, bonding it directly into the substrate at a molecular level. The result is an image that cannot scratch, peel, or fade the way surface-applied prints do. On ChromaLuxe aluminum panels, the output is luminous, archival, and unlike anything paper can produce.
The ink becomes
part of the surface.
Standard printing lays ink on top of a substrate. Over time it scratches, chips, and fades. Dye sublimation is fundamentally different under heat and pressure, the ink converts to gas and bonds with the polymer coating at a molecular level. There is no ink layer to scratch or peel. The image is the surface.
On ChromaLuxe aluminum panels, this process produces depth and luminosity that no paper print can replicate. Backlit or in natural light, the result stops people cold.
